Rental Rates & Policies

• $259/night weekends (Friday & Saturday nights) up to six guests. There is a $15 additional charge for each guest above six.
• $199/night weekday (Sunday through Thursday nights) up to six guests.
• Three bedroom/two and a half bath cabin with a Sleeping Loft .
• Sleeps 12 in beds.  Additional sleeping arrangements include 2 rollout beds and a window seat in the loft that will sleep 2 guests end-to-end (each up to 5'8" tall) for a total of 16 guests.
• Two Night minimum stay on weekends or holidays. 
• Discounts available for last minute and weekly rentals.

Guests Policies

• Rest and Relaxation are required by all.
• Housekeeping and Linen service provided.
• Trash pickup service provided at street.
• Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed.
• Although there is no telephone service at the cabin (some consider this a benefit) we do have good cellphone coverage (you won't find this in many other parts of the mountain).
• All kids must clean their plates and sleep till 9 am.
• No hang-gliding off the brow (that's for you Al).
• No zip-lines may be strung from Lookout Mountain to Sand Mountain or Fox Mountain (once again, that's for you Al).
• Unless shooting with a camera, no wildlife (deer or turkey) may be shot.
